How we work
3 easy steps
We offer tailored solutions for European organisations. Our core business is collecting end-of-life, damaged, and defective lithium-ion batteries. This is how it works.

Choose your solution(s)
You decide in which countries you want to work together and which packaging solutions you need to be compliant with ADR regulations.

Request a collection
With our user-friendly software, your dealers can request a Li-ion battery pick-up. The Reneos collection partners handle the request in a safe and compliant way.

Pick-up of your EV battery
After making your request, your battery will be collected within 15 working days. Track the battery on its journey with our software.

Flexible solutions tailored to your needs
Disposing of lithium-ion batteries comes with specific challenges. Do you worry about legal conformity across different European countries and the safe processing of end-of-life lithium-ion batteries? Reneos is here to support you.
Whatever your concerns may be, Reneos knows how to manage them:
-
Choose which countries you want to use our service in.
-
Select the packaging solutions you need to comply with ADR regulations
-
With our user-friendly software, dealers can request a pick-up
-
Geographic areas will be linked to a specific language in the software
-
We ensure your Li-ion battery is recycled with approved/notified battery waste recyclers in Europe
Experts you can rely on
The Reneos network consists exclusively of market leaders in the collection and aftercare of end-of-life lithium-ion batteries. As experts, they are familiar with high-voltage batteries and how they should be handled.
They are close to national markets and well-versed in national regulations, but they also know how to collaborate effectively on a global level. United in Reneos, we can provide access and synergies that no one else can.

One single point of contact for dealers
To start, we collect information on your organisation and network in Europe, your battery specifications, and your packaging needs to comply with ADR regulations. Based on this, we brief our European network and request quotations. After agreeing on the quotations, a European contract is signed.
To make sure the dealers in your network are on board, we organise a few webinars to explain our – user-friendly – software.
In this software, you’ll receive updates on collections. Every month, a single invoice – with all details – is sent to the European organisation.
